In Moncalvo, in the historical heart of Monferrato, Mister Roberto Cabiale and his wife Isotta manage this winery with a great passion, continuing an enterprise born more than 100 of years ago and handed down by father to son, such as the love for this ground.

Thanks to a particularly suitable territory, traditional processing methods combined with the innovative technologies, the farm can show a high quality wine production; the most important one is the “Boschetto” Barbera d’Asti Superiore Docg, aged for 12 months in the oak barrels.

From the 22 hectares of its vineyards, Cabiale family obtains also Grignolino and Chardonnay wines, together with a particular version of fermented must called “Ambra”, perfect to combine with fruits and desserts.

The wine cellar is open all year long and receive, on reservation, small and big groups for a walk among the vineyards, a tour of the winery and tasting, pairing the wines to the typical products of this territory.
