In Aramengo, in Marmorito locality, on the border between the areas of Monferrato and Torino, Miss Elena and Miss Valeria, the Vallarolo sisters, receive the guests in a genuine and friendly country atmosphere, where the visitors can spend a stay in the sign of tranquility and relax.

“San Rocco” B&b was recently restored and makes 2 double rooms available, called “Rubino” tand “Viridis”, red and green colored respectively. They have both a private toilet and can house a third bed.

The buffet breakfast is served in the refined “Sala Lavanda” (Lavender Room), the perfect location to taste also some local products, such as artisan jams and hazelnut cakes.

Nearby you can visit the beautiful Abbey of Saint Mary in Vezzolano, an architectural masterpiece from the Middle Ages nationally, and the places of Saint Giovanni Bosco, together with the famous Shrine, both located near the village of Castelnuovo don Bosco. To follow, you cannot miss the old town of Cocconato, founded during the Middle Ages, which is famous for the production of salami and Robiola cheese; Cocconato is well known all over the world thanks to the Conbipel clothes factory, of which houses the headquarters.

In the wineries located around Aramengo you can taste and buy the most characteristic wines of this territory, such as Barbera d’Asti, Freisa, Malvasia, Bonarda and Albugnano wines; the last one is produced using a particular kind of Nebbiolo grapes.

However, the biggest pride of Aramengo is the renowned “Nicola” restoration workshop, which works for generations in the field of restoration of artworks, both sculptures and paintings, in collaboration with the most important cultural institutions, Foundations and private collectors internationally.
